Sydney & Co offers project management consulting, team collaboration tools, and workflow optimisation services. Our platform helps teams structure communication and track shared goals. All services are delivered as described on our website and in your service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering or using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Sydney & Co remain our property. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for providing and improving our services.
Fees for paid services are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach any material term. Upon termination, your access to paid services will cease, and we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid fees.
